Advice / Referral Service

The first stop in Assist Australia's range of services is our advisory service. Our consultants can obtain advice regarding 'who to call' and to alter or make onward arrangements for accommodation, car rental, travel and vehicle recovery, and for general medical inquiries. We can also re-book flights and relay messages on behalf of the driver.

Accommodation

Should your customer be stranded more than 100 kilometres from home, Assist Australia can organise accommodation for the driver and passengers with a variety of differing levels and lengths of stay available.

Car Rental

Assist Australia's consultants can organise a rental car to get your customers back on the road as quickly as possible. Car rental can be organised for any number of days for the class of vehicle that you wish to provide.

 

 
 
 

Alternative Transportation & Passenger Recovery

Should car rental be unavailable, or not appropriate, Assist Australia can arrange for a variety of alternative transportation options, from air travel to various ground transportation alternatives, such as taxi, bus and/or trains, to ensure the driver and occupants get to their home or intended destination with minimum disruption.

National Vehicle Recovery

If a vehicle cannot be repaired locally, Assist Australia's consultants will arrange for the vehicle to be recovered to the driver's intended destination, whether it be their home or any authorised repairer Australia-wide.

 

 
 
 

Medical Repatriation
